The Act is one of the strongest cap and invest programs in the country. This November, repealing the CCA will be on the ballot as Initiative 2117.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Initiative 2117, if passed, would significantly impact our shared environmental efforts by weakening carbon pricing and stripping crucial funding for climate and conservation initiatives.
